About Us
About our program
The Ph.D. Program (Academic Track) at Yuan Ze University’s College of Management aims to cultivate internationally minded scholars in management and elevate academic research to the global stage. With a fully English-taught curriculum, a diverse student body from multiple countries, and strong research resources, the program provides an ideal environment for advanced study.
Students are required to complete 18 credits of coursework, pass a qualifying examination, and conduct original research leading to a doctoral dissertation. Under the guidance of experienced faculty, they present at international conferences, publish in academic journals, and participate in global academic exchanges — building both scholarly expertise and a worldwide professional network.
